This website is operated by EGP HOLDINGS LIMITED (“PouchGroup”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Age restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from this site. We may cancel and refund any order where we believe the buyer is under 18.

Products

We sell tobacco-free nicotine pouches. Products contain nicotine, an addictive chemical. Product information on this site is general information only and is not medical advice. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Prices and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Prices depend on pack size: A$25 for 1 can, A$100 for 5 cans, A$190 for 10 cans and A$360 for 20 cans. We may change prices at any time; the price shown at checkout applies to your order. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

Shipping

We ship within Australia only. Standard shipping is free on orders over A$150; a A$20 flat rate applies to orders under A$150. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days and express delivery 1–3 business days, with a A$15 surcharge. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carriers and public holidays.

Returns

We do not accept change-of-mind returns. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us at support@pouchgroup.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders and cancellation

We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if we believe the order breaches these terms or applicable law. If we cancel, we will refund any amount paid.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or our products. Our products are intended for adult recreational use only.

Intellectual property

All content, logos and images on this site are owned by or licensed to EGP HOLDINGS LIMITED and may not be reproduced without permission.
